  • Return Window: You may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Item Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
  • Process: Initiate a return by contacting our Customer Care. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days)

Please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange. Include your order number and the reason for your request. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and the secure return address.

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack the item(s) in their original presentation box, along with all protective pouches, certificates of authenticity, and documentation. Include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip. Please write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Send your package to the address provided by our Customer Care team. Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.

Step 4: Processing & Resolution

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you via email.

  • For Exchanges: We will promptly ship the requested replacement item. Shipping charges for the new item will apply unless the exchange is due to a defect or our error.
  • For Refunds: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): The refund will appear on your statement. The time it takes for the credit to post depends on your bank’s processing period.
  • PayPal: The refund will be sent back to your PayPal account.

Please note that original shipping fees (for Standard or Free Shipping via EMS) are non-refundable.

Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the integrity and sanctity of certain collections, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or Engraved Jewelry: Any item from our Alliances or Bagues de Fiançailles collections that has been custom engraved.
  • Bespoke or Made-to-Order Pieces: Jewelry created specifically to a customer’s unique specifications.
  • Intimate Apparel & Specific Bridal Sets: For hygiene reasons, certain items from our Parures de Mariage and Parures Jasmine collections that are of an intimate nature may be non-returnable. Please inquire at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

International Returns

As we serve a global clientele (excluding certain remote regions), customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred when returning an item. We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially minimize these fees. The refund will be for the product value only, excluding any original import duties or taxes paid.
